Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Elegance Flow, we take pride in delivering premium-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our items and for hygiene reasons, we maintain a strict Exchanges Only Policy to ensure every customer receives products in perfect condition.


1. Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds. We only accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Wigs, extensions, or hair products that have been worn, installed, or opened
  • Any item that has been customized, cut, dyed, or altered

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product

4. Exchange Process

  1. Email us at info@eleganceflow.co.za with your order number
  2. Our team will review your request and provide next steps
  3. Once approved, return the item to the provided address
  4. Your replacement item will be processed after inspection

5. Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
