Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Elegance Flow, we take pride in delivering premium-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our items and for hygiene reasons, we maintain a strict Exchanges Only Policy to ensure every customer receives products in perfect condition.
1. Exchanges Only
We do not offer refunds. We only accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
- Item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
- Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:
- Wigs, extensions, or hair products that have been worn, installed, or opened
- Any item that has been customized, cut, dyed, or altered
